Emily O'Connor Kefs has been the CEO at ContentWriters since 2017, a role she took on after serving as Director of Content Success and Director of Writers.

As Director of Writers, Emily developed ContentWriters' writer recruitment and vetting process and scaled the writer network. As Director of Content Success, she facilitated content strategy execution for CW's valued clients, helping pair them with expert writers while managing their content creation workflow. Now as CEO, Emily works with the CW team to fulfill the company's vision of helping businesses grow through the power of content.

Prior to joining ContentWriters, Emily held roles as a freelance content writer, social media coordinator, content manager, and SEO strategist.

Emily has a BA from McGill University and has completed various continuing education courses in content marketing, including Hubspot's Content Marketing Certification and GrowthSkills' SEO course.
